AOA UltraViolet Single Brush – F9 Large Contour Brush

this brush is so soft and very good quality for the price. it's gentle on my skin, but still blends my contour perfectly

I ordered 8 brushes, and unfortunately some arrived with clear assembly defects. The handles were already coming apart, with visible dried adhesive and poor alignment. This does not appear to be damage caused during shipping, but rather a quality control issue before the products were sent.

I understand these are affordable brushes, but they are still sold at full price. I expect products to arrive properly assembled and in good condition, regardless of their price point.

I hope AOA improves its quality control to prevent defective units from being shipped to customers.
